To be successful in this role the candidate should have experience screening and evaluating candidates;
You will coordinate all administrative activities related to the organization of personeelsYou will be encharged of screening and evaluating candidates for permanent jobs to meet our company’s current and future needs both in Italy and worldwide;
Collaborating with the managing team you will ensure to satisfy as well the plan of seasonal workforce;
You will be managing the housing facilities, being encharged of the welcoming of seasonal workers, showing the rules and making sure that all is in order;
In addition the HR Manager will manage our recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future need;

What you bring to Mattivi Group:
Bachelor’s degree in human resourse management or equivalent;
Minimum 2+ years experience in HR in agribusiness field;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Familiarity with social media and other professional network;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
Available to work in Italy on a long-term basis (if coming from abroad);
English language advanced level is a must. Romanian or Polish language is a plus;
Proficient with Microsoft Office;
Driving License.
